Refund Policy
- Goods once delivered/collected and invoiced are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Goods can be fixed or exchanged in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect deliveries, and only if reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
- Customized or made-to-order products are non-refundable under any circumstances unless defective.
